Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan was born in Abu Dhabi on 30th April 1972. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE’s founding President who also served as Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, is his father, and Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak Al Ketbi is his mother.
